PTO meetings are open to all parents/guardians along with teacher representatives and principals. They are held at the NHES cafeteria on the second Tuesday of every month starting at 7 pm.
The NHES PTO is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the community of New Holland Elementary students, staff, teachers, and families. The group is made of parents, guardians, and teachers volunteering their time to plan and organize fundraising, social, educational, and FUN events! Throughout the year the NHES PTO sponsors and coordinates events for the students and families such as Pops on the Playground, Book Fair Book Giveaway, Door Decorating Contest, Family Fun Nights, Mayfair, 6th Grade Promotion, Field Trips, and more! They are committed to supporting the New Holland Elementary Teachers and Staff's educational mission and well-being through appreciation meals and supportive collaboration on school organized events.
PTO Meeting Dates: Sept. 12th, Oct. 10th, Nov. 14th, Dec. 12th, Jan. 9th, Feb. 13th, March 12th, and April 9th
Volunteering is a great way to be involved in the school community and to have fun with your student! Volunteer clearances are required for going on field trips, helping with events, etc.
PTO Upcoming Events Highlights:
- GERTRUDE HAWK Fundraiser: Sale runs until October 13th. Speak with a New Holland family to purchase chocolate from their children using the catalog. The funds help support field trips, activities for the students, sixth grade promotion, etc.
- SEASONAL TRIVIA NIGHT: December 8th More details to come.
