Olivia Lapp, 1st Place Winner in the Congressional Art Competition!
Olivia's stunning watercolor painting, entitled "Observant Exhaustion," will travel to Washington, D.C., where it will proudly hang in the Cannon Tunnel at the Nation’s Capital for the next year alongside winning artwork from across the entire country. Olivia has also been invited to represent Garden Spot High School at a special winner's ceremony in the capital in June!
